Terms of Service
Treatzen is a platform. The appointment is an agreement between the client and the shop, not a beauty service provided by Treatzen.
Clients can cancel or reschedule according to each shop’s notice window (up to the start time if the shop sets 0 hours). That window is shown on the booking page.
A shop may decline, confirm, or cancel a request if it cannot take the visit — the client is notified. Shops appear publicly after review.
Reviews appear after a completed visit. One review per appointment.
The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies.
